Passport Application/ Renewal

Visa Extension
This pass is issued to person(s) with a visitor’s pass and seeking to extend the duration of stay in the country.
Permanent Residence
This is issued to individuals who wish to become permanent residents in Kenya and have met the minimum requirements as listed by the authority including:
- Persons who have held work permits for a specified period of time
- Children of Kenyan Citizens born outside Kenya and have acquired citizenship of the domicile.
- The spouses of Kenyan citizens married for a specifed period of time
Foreigner Certificate
A foreigner certificate Is a document issued to individuals with work permits, dependant passes or individuals residing in Kenya for a period exceeding 3 months.
Work Permit
A Work Permit is a document issued to individuals coming on long term assignment (s) to Kenya. It is issued for a duration of 1 or 2 years depending on the applicant’s employment contract and can be renewed for a similar duration.
